ATTITUDES
Attitude is an inside job. It relates to your internal locus of control. Each individual is fully responsible for his or her own attitude. Management has the responsibility to create an environment where self-motivated people can achieve, feel appreciated, and soar. People need to know that if they work hard and achieve results, they will be rewarded financially, socially, and emotionally. People who choose to have a positive, can-do attitude need to be encouraged.
