When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

With everyone gone except Matt, there is a moment of awkward silence.
Suddenly, you hear a loud thud outside the meeting room like fists hitting against the wall, followed by muffled shouting.
You recognize Jason’s voice. It sounds like he’s letting off some steam after what’s just happened.
“Who the hell does that Jim think he is, waltzing into our team and telling us what to do. We’ve managed just fine without him to date and we certainly don’t need him now,” says Jason.
“What’s an agile coach anyway? Most of the ones I’ve met have never been developers, so what value can they possibly bring to software development teams?” he continues.
