I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Everyone agrees that consulting at least some of the Green Team members during estimation will make the estimates more robust, given their deep knowledge of certain parts of the codebase. Meanwhile, Aidan and Owen set off to bring back a few more of their team members to help.
The Dream Team members are happy to get on with the task, so you leave them to it. You set the timer to ninety minutes to get things started. This will give you all thirty minutes to review how far the team has gotten with the task before Cassandra returns.
