When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

You take a closer look at the future reality tree. It looks like a flourishing tree, while the current reality tree looks withered and gnarly. You’re reminded of the power of metaphors.
“That’s some fancy artwork,” you say with a smile.
“Brian, Jess, and Andy did most of the drawing,” says Owen.
You ask Owen for permission to take a picture of the diagrams.
“Sure,” says Owen. “I was thinking of inviting the Dream Team around to see if they’d find any of our ideas useful. When I got home last night, all I could think of was how the two trees pretty much sum up all the things that are wrong with projects at Love Inc. They also showed me what the future could look like if we all worked together.”
