I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

One of the most valuable things you’ve learned from applying agile is the effectiveness of using simple tools such as pen and paper. Instead of creating a slide presentation of your recommendations and measures, you decide to use flip chart paper and sticky notes instead.
This approach not only makes presentations more interesting for the audience, but it also enables you to respond to any points raised by adapting your presentation in real time. What’s more, the team can choose to reuse the posters and sticky notes to start planning and tracking which improvement actions to implement right away.
You can always capture the material as a slide presentation afterward if that’s what people find useful.
