TO CREATE A seamless panoramic image, the exposure of each image you use needs to be the same, and that means you need to shoot in Manual mode. It is important to keep the shutter speed and aperture consistent for each shot that you plan to use in a panorama. If the exposures are different, Photoshop will try to blend the images together but it can leave odd-looking stripes in your image.
