I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The network analysis helped me quickly get a sense of what I had stepped into. I am an old hand at the work, but being new to the organization and the people I was supposed to be managing, it would have taken me at least six months to make the rounds to get a sense of what was going on. Even then, I would still only get some people’s perspectives and opinions and have things wrong by other accounts.
