Comcast. For most marketers, just reading the name is enough to send a shiver down the spine. Or mine, at least. Comcast is one of those brands that’s not just fashionable to dislike—walk into a room of people who’ve dealt with the brand, and you can just about guarantee that someone has a personal horror story. To be fair, we really only notice Comcast—a telecommunications company that primarily supplies Internet, phone, and television access—when something goes wrong.
