I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
When in Venice
I’M A LAZY ASS SUMBITCH. Despite my track record of doing more when less would suffice, and an ongoing penchant to light the bejeezus outta just about everything I see, I really am not looking to work hard. Especially in Venice. You don’t go to Venice to work hard.
So, when staging a photo—say, in this instance, a portrait—I’m gonna look for things that are already lit. Like this room. This is one of those grand Venetian rooms in an ancient palace with magnificent views and light.
