Lean Principles to Guide Your Transformation

In order to lead a Lean transformation, you need to learn and implement four fundamental principals: work to takt time, create one-piece flow, establish standard work, and connect your customer to your shop floor through a pull system. These Lean fundamentals are straightforward. However, they have little chance of taking root in your company without your insistence and total commitment. Making it happen is up to you.
