SECTION A: GETTING TEAMS STARTED

Level-one teams must concentrate on learning how to get their daily activities completed cooperatively. They focus most of their efforts on improving communication, interpersonal relationships, and cooperative task sharing. Your job is to set the stage for team members to learn these basic teamwork skills and to make small improvements in their processes. Let’s look at where you focus your time and efforts when at level one.
