IN CHAPTER TWO you considered what you needed from a mentor and the skills, strengths, and approaches to learning you will bring to the relationship. This means you completed the groundwork to help you become a strong partner in a mentoring relationship. Now it is time to take that learning forward and consider what kind of mentor you need, given your situation.
