So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

IN CHAPTER TWO you considered what you needed from a mentor and the skills, strengths, and approaches to learning you will bring to the relationship. This means you completed the groundwork to help you become a strong partner in a mentoring relationship.
