Foxes do not consider there to be gray areas when it comes to ethics. Everything here is black and white; one either has scruples or one does not. While, for example, a slightly padded expense report may not seem like a big deal to some people, it is to a Fox. As far as the Fox is concerned, it is indicative of the extent to which a person is guided by certain principles.
Foxes are also very much oriented toward the long term; as a result, they place a great deal of emphasis on things that endure. They look for quality in everything, including people. And quality people are those who have integrity, just as Foxes do.
