06 What is your goal?
The why is important but it isn’t enough. If you want your purpose to drive impact, you need to set goals. One way is to write a longer explanation of your purpose. Then, from this longer explanation, define what are good goals to have on a three–five-year horizon. What would be great achievements in the next three–five years given your purpose? Then work your way backward. What does it mean for your goals in two years, one year, six months, three months, next month?
