It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
12 Who to include in innovation talent development?
We developed a good understanding of people incentives in Chapter 11. We now understand what makes people intrinsically tick… In theory, you could develop the innovation talent of everyone in your organization. But do you really want to include everyone? Or do you focus on experts or do experts come with blinders? And what about outsiders? Should you pull outsiders inside to bring fresh thinking?

As we saw in Part 1, you can develop anyone’s innovation talent. As we saw in the previous chapter, you can also motivate anyone to do so. But is it smart for organizations to develop everyone’s innovation talent?
