20 How to design programmes for innovation talent development
In this chapter, we turn individual tools and templates to a structured programme to enhance your talent’s proficiency. I will first explain the 10-20-70 logic in these programmes, as Chapter 17 advocated. Then, you will see real examples of such programmes that companies I have worked with have organized and that you could copy into your own practice. You should also trigger your talent to build a learning log and you will find a template for that also towards the end of this chapter.
