We have all heard the phrase Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The eight attributes discussed in the next eight chapters have less to do with what you do or how you do it, and more to do with the way others perceive you to be. In our house analogy, these traits represent the visible exterior of the house: A beautifully constructed house with a strong foundation and a solid frame but an ugly exterior would not be appealing.
