Makers of Products Need to Transform Them into Services

Nearly every new business model or service being launched into the market by an entrepreneur seems to feel the need to describe itself as being on-demand. To some extent, many of the services are somewhat on-demand—certainly compared to how non-demand things used to be. True on-demand is the right service at exactly the right time, with none of those pesky TxCs that get between me and my wants and turn me into a terrible two-year-old having a tantrum because my wants are not being immediately satisfied.
