When I went on the O’Reilly platform, I was astonished to find all the books there, plus live events and sandboxes so you could play around with the technology.I’ve been on the O’Reilly platform for more than eight years. I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
About the Author
Shaun C. Bryant is an Autodesk Certified Professional with 30 years of industry experience using Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Tinkercad. Shaun gained his skillset while working as a consultant, trainer, manager, and user. He has a varied background, comprised of 18 years as a CAD and FM consultant/trainer; 3 years in sales, pre-sales, and business development; and 9 years as a CAD manager/user.
Shaun is also a published author on Lynda.com and an instructor on LinkedIn Learning. He is the author of the reputable CAD blog Not Just CAD! and has been responsible for creating numerous bespoke training systems for both large and small companies all over the world.
Shaun has been speaker at numerous Autodesk events, including Autodesk University, for more than a decade. He also speaks at and manages AUGI Design Academies and AUGI CAD Camps, both in the UK and around the world.
Shaun is an Autodesk University Speaker Mentor and a member of the Autodesk Expert Elite program. He contributes regularly to the AutoCAD Influencers program.
