Joe Krull, CISSP, CISA, IAM, CRISC, CIPP, is a senior analyst at Aite Group. He splits his time between San Antonio, Texas, and Tel Aviv, Israel. He has 45 years of security and privacy experience, has worked in 115 countries, and has advised large enterprises on four continents. Previously, Joe was a member of Accenture's security strategy and risk practice, a security leader at a Big Four, an executive at an application security vendor, and a leader at his own company assessing risks to telecommunications companies. Prior to consulting, Joe was the chief information security officer at three Global 1000 companies, and he served as an operations officer and military attaché at seven U.S. embassies. Joe is a graduate of the University of the State of New York and the United States Foreign Service Institute. He is multilingual/multicultural in English, French, German, and Hebrew.
