One of the most important parts of developing and designing an object model is the testing of it.

It is difficult to emphasize how important it is to test the model during the development phase. It might seem like an awful lot of time is spent on testing and fine-tuning your object model, but the dividends that pay are huge.

In many cases, the application just falls into place when you have a well-developed object model.
