e SpywareBlaster program is an executable binary file that oper-
ates under Windows and does not require the use of the Command
Prompt. When you download the program you will be prompted for
the location where it should reside, for which this author uses the
directory labeled Download for obvious reasons. Once downloaded
a simple double-click on the file will generate a warning about
