How to set up HTTPS
Setting up HTTPS on WordPress is a two-part process. First, you need to have an SSL certificate assigned to you, which you can then use on the site. Second, you need to integrate that SSL with your WordPress site.
Let's start with getting the SSL certificate itself. The thing with those is that they often come with a price tag. A good certificate can cost you anywhere from a couple of dollars to as much as $600 per year.
