Order
By default, the pages on your page list in the sidebar (or in the main navigation of your blog) will be in alphabetical order by page title. If you want them in some other order, you can specify it by entering numbers in the Order box for all your pages. Pages with lower numbers (for example, 0) will be listed before pages with higher numbers (for example, 5). You can easily test this by editing some of your pages and assigning various numbers to them. That being said, to be honest, this isn't a very clear method of rearranging pages inside menus.
