Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 introduces a dialog module to handle instances where you want to add wizard or call script functionality to the application. Similar to workflows, dialogs are processes that guide a user through a series of steps in an automated manner. Both system administrators and users can create dialog processes if they have a security role with the appropriate privileges.
