So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 introduces a dialog module to handle instances where you want to add wizard or call script functionality to the application. Similar to workflows, dialogs are processes that guide a user through a series of steps in an automated manner.
