Context and introduction

This chapter is a companion piece to the second chapter. It begins to untangle the ideas and confusions around the term ‘learning organization’, having attempted the same task for the even more complex term of ‘learning culture’ in Chapter 2. Together these two chapters try to establish a solid base for this book.
