This part focuses on the three essential personal skills for an architect. The next three chapters address the key elements needed to become more effective in managing yourself as an architect:

Chapter 6: Transparency. Your ability to operate and interact with other people, and to have all of the cards on the table, face up.

Chapter 7: Passion. Your ability to fully engage in what you are doing.

Chapter 8: Context Switching. Your ability to quickly and effectively refocus your attention at a moment’s notice to a new context.
