I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
14. AF LENSES WITH MF OVERRIDE
NOT ALL AUTOFOCUS lenses for DSLR cameras are the same. First-generation AF lenses, as well as current, lower-priced models often have the focus system directly linked to the focus ring. If you only plan to use autofocus on these lenses, you can leave the camera and lens in AF mode, and not touch the focus ring. If the camera or lens is in the AF mode and you turn the lens, you are turning the AF motor, which can damage it.
