Aaron Parker

Aaron Parker is a UX and product specialist based in the UK. He has a background in psychology and human-computer interaction and completed a PhD for which he looked into how people communicate through technology. He has spent most of his career working at digital agencies, where he’s led UX, research, and product strategy for some of the UK’s best-loved brands. Most recently, Aaron has been building a new design and product team for the software development company Amdaris.

Adam Connor’s work focuses on helping teams and organizations strengthen and grow their human-centered design and innovation capabilities. As a design leader, Adam’s work blends systems thinking, HCD, anthropology, and organizational behavior to foster more collaborative, creative, and customer-centric organizations. He has coached and trained teams across the world and from industry-leading organizations such as Google, Disney, Fidelity, and Twitter. In 2015 he and coauthor Aaron Irizarry released Discussing Design: Improving Communication & Collaboration Through Critique (O’Reilly).
