It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
This book is dedicated to Confucius, who wisely pointed out,
“A person who commits a mistake and doesn’t correct it is committing another mistake.”
Confucius probably didn’t know it, but he handily summed up why complaining customers give us a gift.
