I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The place to start is either contacting your friendly human account rep if you're a Salesforce customer or visiting the Agentforce central website:
There are what-is and how-to videos on the website, as well as an easy way to schedule a hands-on demo of Agentforce if you'd like to see it in action. (You really should – it's easier to use and much more fun than most enterprise software.)
There are a large number of learning resources, including self-guided courses and hands-on tutorials, on Salesforce Trailhead. These courses are always free and can be accessed here:
Also on Trailhead, you can access a “Quick Start” trail to build your own agent during your lunch break at work:
Salesforce also has its own streaming channel, Salesforce+, which can be found on your Roku or other device. This channel has many Dreamforce and Agentforce World Tour sessions on Agentforce and related topics ready to stream on demand (also free):
