I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Map Layers
The Maps app for Android works by displaying Google Maps information as a series of information-layer overlays. If you’re familiar with Google Earth, it works the same way. You can turn these layers on or off individually by following these steps:
- Tap the Layers button to see some of the available layers, as shown to the right. This list may also scroll.
- Tap the More Layers button to see even more layers.
- Tap each layer to toggle it on or off. You can turn on more than one of these layers at a time.
