Google Talk is the default video chat app for Honeycomb tablets. You can use it to call contacts with Google Accounts on a wide range of devices, including desktop computers, iPads, iPhones, and Android phones. There’s nothing to download for Honeycomb users, and there’s no new account to register. You automatically signed up for this Google service when you started using your tablet.
NOTE: Gmail offers a feature that allows you to make phone calls directly from the Web; however, that feature is currently missing from the Android version of the service.
To start chatting with this service, launch the Talk app.
