Creating InfoPath forms that take advantage of the InfoPath object model does not have to be an onerous task. The InfoPath and Visual Studio .NET teams have gone to a lot of work to make your development experience as painless and seamless as possible. By using VS with your InfoPath form you get a full-blown development environment instead of just a scripting language.
Once you've created an InfoPath application and want to distribute the files, you can use one of two methods: Copy the files into the folder you run the application to, or use a setup type .NET project to create an installation program.
