It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Enron also followed the code of ethics and this included respect, integrity, communication and excel-
lence. These are explained as follows:
Respect: Everybody would be treated with respect here. Zero tolerance for abusive or disrespectful
treatment; also there is no place for being proud and arrogant in this place.
Integrity: They followed the concept of doing what they can, and if they can’t they couldn’t for their
customers or prospective customers.
Communication: Information movement is considered as an important part here. The fl ow should be
from all the directions and not just one.
Excellence: We are people who don’t achieve less than excellent. Everybody here ...
