Why do 87 per cent of people say they are not engaged at work? (Gallup). We know that when people are engaged in their work they are happier, more productive and don’t change jobs. All leaders want their organization to be a great place to work because they know it has an impact on the business’s performance. We know culture matters, but few organizations know how to review their culture, and even fewer know how to modify or change their organizational culture. This is a critical component in a Competitive People Strategy, as achieving a more inclusive and engaging culture is proven to lead to improved business performance.
