So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

THIS IS THE MOST EXCITING PHASE IN THE WHOLE JOURNEY – GETTING READY TO GO.
The temptation is to gloss over the detail and focus on the big idea. But there are some basics that you need to get right. There are things that you will have ignored or underestimated. And many of these will be the softer, more emotive issues.
- Who are you doing this with? Are they really a good choice? Have you really thought through whether you have complementary skills and whether you have all the skills that you need? There’s no point starting until you do.
- OK so you love the idea, but is it really going to make a good business?
