I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
14.8. WBT (AND THIS BOOK) WILL DISAPPEAR
WBT will continue to grow and advance. Soon every product sold will have WBT available—from the manufacturer or an enterprising freelance trainer. WBT may even become the predominant way of delivering training.
Along the way, WBT will transform from emerging technology to submerging technology. In a decade—or two, at most—WBT will become such a normal, customary way of delivering training that we hardly notice it. Nothing worthy of a name. Or a book.
By then, anyone anywhere will be able to learn anything at any time.
