ALL ACKNOWLEDGMENTS FOR THIS book must start with my dear friend, Romanian entrepreneur, and Renaissance man Marius Ursache, who not only did the illustrations for this book but has provided a sounding board over multiple decades on the raison d'être for this book and then its implementation. Much as his illustrations will bring you joy as you fight through this book, they did to me when I was writing it. I was always like a kid on Christmas morning when I saw his e‐mails come in with new drawings because I was so excited to see them and he never let me down. Secondly, I must give a huge thank you to the third member of our band, my editor‐in‐chief Chris Snyder. This is the third time we have gotten the band back together and it has not only been a productive relationship, but it has been fun too, loaded with laughs.

On the first version of this book, I was very fortunate to have editorial advisor Nancy Nichols on our team. On this new version, we were blessed to have Wiley developmental editor Julie Kerr assigned to our team. She jumped right in and became a fourth band member to finalize the book and get it out the door at a level we were all proud of.
