SIX THEMES OF THE 24 STEPS

THE 24 STEPS ARE discrete, actionable tasks but they can be grouped into six themes. Ideally, the steps should be done in numerical order but this is not always how it works in the real world. If you happen to get to later steps before the earlier ones, don't freak out but be cautious. Make sure you go back with urgency and complete the previous steps so you have a strong foundation for your business.

Each step builds off the ones before it, so they should be seen as cumulative and sequential. That being said, they are not linear, where you complete a step and never return to it. You continually go back and update earlier steps as you get more information later in your journey.

With the above understanding, these themes present a proven general outline of how to create a sustainable innovation‐based business.
