Creating a schema

Let's look at how to create a schema:

1. Click on Devices, then Manage Schemas, and then Create New Schema. On the following screen, select the Device Type as shown:

2. Click Next and add two properties as shown:
   • Property 1: temperature

Field	Value
Property	temp
Name	Temperature
Type	float

• • Property 2: humidity

Field	Value
Property	humd
Name	Humidity
Type	float

3. And click on Finish. This will create our schema that we are going to use in the next step.
