It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

There’s a special form of learning and connection that can only take place in a group environment. Once you’ve started to build a following—attracting interest through your speaking engagements, podcasts, or blogs, and working individually with coaching or consulting clients—you can start to bring them together in person.
