Adding Links to the Portal

To provide navigation from the portal site to existing virtual servers, add links to the portal's Sites Directory. From the portal site's home page, click Sites Add Link to a Site. SharePoint displays Figure A-8. Complete the page and click OK. SharePoint adds the site to the Sites list in the Site Directory subsite. You can view the portal's Sites list by clicking Sites on the home page. The default view of the Sites list features new sites and spotlight sites in web parts on the page.
