SetupSts Commands
The SetupSts.exe utility allows Administrators to install SharePoint through a command-line interface. The SetupSts.exe command-line has the general form:
SetupSts.exe optionsThis
utility is part of setup and so is installed by STSV2.EXE
at a location similar to C:\Program Files\STS2Setup_1033.
In this case, 1033 is the language ID for English. Other
language versions will use a different ID.
