I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Commands
The Commands menu helps you automate tasks in Flash. You can create commands for tasks that you perform repeatedly and download pre-built commands from the Adobe Exchange Web site.
Manage Saved Commands
Opens the Manage Saved Commands panel where you can rename and delete commands.
Get More Commands
Opens your Web browser to the Adobe Exchange page, where you can find commands others have created. Some are for sale and some are free.
Run Commands
Use Run Commands to run a Javascript or a Flash Javascript command. An Open File dialog box opens where you can navigate to the script you wish to run.
Copy Motion as XML
Records an XML description of your animation that you can reuse in other projects.
Export Motion as XML
Exports a copied motion as an XML file so you can import and reuse it in other animations.
Import Motion as XML
Imports an XML file that defines a Flash motion so you can apply it to objects in your animation.
