Graphite is becoming common electrode material for die-sinking EDM. It offers
greater advantages compared with copper electrodes. Klocke et al. [34] have inves-
tigated the specic wear behavior and MRR in detail and related the physical char-
acteristics of the graphite material. Sen et al. [35] have conducted EDM of alloy of
Ti–6Al–4V–xB (with x = 0.00, 0.04, and 0.09) with three different proportions of
