Project requirements can be organized in Scrum using the Product Backlog and the Sprint Backlog:
- Product Backlog: This is a list of complex user requirements, wish lists, needs, and wants. The product owner is responsible for organizing and prioritizing this list, based on the customer’s needs. It’s a place where stakeholders can add requirements in the list anytime, but only the product owner is responsible for prioritizing and deleting the requirements. Hence, the Product Backlog is always in a growing phase.
