Test cycles are a part of the test plan ticket in synapseRT. Hence, in order to create test cycles, we need to create a test plan first. Once the test plan is ready, you can add the test cases or test suites, which can then be categorized under the test cycle based on their types, priority, or other execution criteria.

The following screenshot shows a test plan with three test cycles—Credit Card type A, Credit Card type B, and Regression Test:
