We often need our rows and columns to have headers that aren’t part of the data and that will repeat if the table becomes long or difficult to follow. We can also create footers if necessary. To create a header row, highlight the row of cells you wish to be your header, and then Right-click in the cells and select Convert to Header Rows to make an instant change.
