In the last chapter intro I spoke about my love of type. I talked about how I sat and did everything manually, over and over again. The beauty of styles in InDesign, and in fact, in any of the Adobe apps where type is used, is that you can define set styles for your type to ensure uniformity across your characters and paragraphs. Being able to set all your style guides for documents means you can create and save multiple styles for all documents, all projects, and all clients.
